About Lou and Deb Ronayne
There is nothing average about Lou Ronayne. Lou became a Licensed Realtor in 1983 and quickly earned his Broker’s license in 1986. In his early years, he managed the FHA 515 Moderate Housing Program for the Warren Real Estate Group. He went on to successfully develop several residential neighborhoods in Southeast Michigan, including Fox Creek Meadows & Crystal Shores Estates. Lou was a top sales agent before becoming a stockholder & managing broker for a local Keller Williams real estate office. He then went on to manage the Keller Williams Michigan-Ohio region for six years as Director, where his leadership skills & tenacity propelled 31 real estate offices to high success rates during the economic recession in Michigan. Missing the sales side of the business, he returned to the Ronayne Associates team in July, 2012. Lou has coached many agents over the years in best practices and brings his vast experience & vision to the team, assisting our clients with vacant land & development projects, commercial transactions, along with residential purchases & sales. Lou launched the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, HWWB Realtors office in downtown Northville in 2014, and was the managing broker until August 2017. Currently, Lou is an Associate Broker at eXp Realty - Northville.Deb Ronayne believes there’s only one way to approach Real Estate, and that’s to give 100%, have a genuine interest in people & their best interests, and believe that hard work and integrity go hand in hand.
